Saturday 3rd January - walks ** – Around Felixstowe – sunny and cold.

Mag went on her early morning stroll along the prom in the dark by herself, I checked out of the window and the wolf moon looked great so I decided to have a walk down to Felixstowe seafront to check it out, we are in for a week of really cold weather and the cars were all covered in frost. Snow is forecast, sadly we only got a few flakes at midday while those further north got a good covering! I left home just after 7 and walked down to the Beach Hut village and there was a nice orange glow on the horzen. I got a few shoots of the full moon and then waited for the sunrise before heading for home to warm up!
I had a late breakfast before doing my exercises, the first time for several days as we had company and then just before three Mag and I walked down to a busy prom, still sunny but with a light breeze it was pleasant enough. Back up to the town for a few things as we have very little left to eat in the house, a big shop at Lidl is overdue! Then back home for a cuppa and watch my favourite Shrek on the telly:)
